After years of working in the bridal industry and with two locations under her belt Jessica Rios decided it was time for a couture bridal house in Tampa Florida. With the support of her husband, family, and friends she took yet another leap of faith and opened International Bridal Couture at the most distinctive shopping and dining destination of Florida’s West Coast, International Plaza & Bay Street.
Her passion for customer service, luxury bridal fashion, and recognizing the need for this type of luxury bridal boutique, makes her the perfect woman for the job.
